Dogo Janja, the talented Tanzanian singer-songwriter and rapper, has carved out a notable place in the Bongo Flava and Afrobeat scenes. Born Abdulazizi Abubakari Chende on September 15, 1994, in Arusha, Tanzania, he has been passionately creating music since 2009. Notably, he dedicated one of his songs to express his appreciation for President John Pombe Maghufuli.
